We have represented a variety of clients – educational institutions, tax-exempt organizations, public sector entities and private individuals – helping them to achieve their various real estate objectives. As an outgrowth of our diverse experiences, we have developed an approach to real estate that has consistently produced superior results.

A key element to our success is the experience and commitment of the principals who average over two decades of real estate experience. While all of the firm's professionals share a common financial background, many diverse skills are represented, such as investment, planning, market assessment, architecture, development and marketing. These skills are put to work and managed for our clients by principals who have worked together for over a decade.
