333 John Carlyle is located in Alexandria, Virginia's Carlyle Development. Stonebridge Associates served as the local development advisor and project manager for the development of this 157,000 square foot office building for Cousins Properties, Incorporated of Atlanta, Georgia.

Stonebridge Associates was responsible for the entitlement, design and contract document development, and construction of the building as well as the Design Review Board process in historic Alexandria. The construction of the $30 million project was completed on-time and under budget.

In addition to the base building project management, Stonebridge Associates also served as the tenant project manager for the two prime tenants of the building, A.T. Kearney and Data Interchange Standards Association. A.T. Kearney leased approximately 98,000 square feet in the building for their Washington based consultant and executive recruiting division. With a project budget of approximately $4.5 million, A.T. Kearney's tenant space was completed within 90 days and simultaneously with the completion of the base building. Stonebridge Associates managed the completion of both, while working with two separate architectural and engineering firms and separate base building and tenant contractors.
